Derrick Duncan serves as a counselor to Pastor Jared. Derrick graduated in 2009 from
Brainerd High School in Chattanooga and was very active in sports. He was ordained as a
minister in May 2008. Derrick helps lead worship celebration and offers energy, prayer support,
and his love for Jesus Christ as he serves in his role as counselor to Pastor Jared. Derrick also
works hard to be a good mentor for our younger participants. He now is the first member of his
family to attend college, rencently enrolling at Univeristyof The South In Monteagle, TN.
Daniel Pettway serves also as a counselor to Pastor Jared. Daniel is a sophomore at Hixson
High School and is also active in sports. Daniel brings youthful understanding to the team. He
also helps leads worship celebrations and offers "straight talk" insights, prayer support and a
genuine desire to serve as a witness for Jesus Christ in his role as counselor to Pastor Jared.
Daniel also works hard to keep his focus on the "Jesus Way" to help everyone in our efforts to
overcome the challenges of the streets.
Justin DeLong serves as our assistant pastor. Justin chose to move here from Ohio to
respond to the call of God to help with these ministries in Chattanooga. Justin attended
Graceland University and is currently attending UTC. Justin was ordained as a minister in the
spring of 2008.. He assists Pastor Jared in any way possible, often times doing the ministry
which is quiet and almost unnoticeable but greatly needed and appreciated. Justin is 22 years
old. He is a great worker for Jesus Christ.
